Willocia - The wise state

The Luna Denarios, otherwise known as the Fountain of Knowledge, is located in the centre of Willocia, and is available to all. Simply throw in a coin of the state's currency (Ω Elops), state what you would like to gain knowledge on and on the night of the full moon, new knowledge will be gained. Of course, the Fontem Sapientiae does not keep the coins it receives - instead, every full moon, the moonlight will take away all the coins and replace it with knowledge. How the moonlight takes away the coins, no one knows, only tales have been told. 

It is also recommended that you do not go on the day or the night of the full moon, as it is normally very crowded.
